Russian agricultural producers today are inclined to invest in the repair and maintenance of existing agricultural machinery, rather than to purchase new or used ones, this is evidenced by the result of the analysis, which was carried out jointly by the Avito.ru portal and Aurora Agro Parts (www.aa-p.ru). There is an unequivocal inclination to increase the service life of equipment: owners have begun to treat it more carefully, thus increasing the need for agricultural spare parts and timely repairs. According to the Avito.ru portal, in 2025, the demand for components increased by an order of magnitude compared to last year, and the supply increased almost twelve times. The TOP cities with the highest increase in demand for parts for agricultural machinery included settlements from regions with a dynamic agricultural sector.
Based on the information collected from the Pole.ru platform, there is an increase in the interest of farmers in parts for agricultural machinery in 2025 by an order of magnitude. Consumers are now prioritizing an efficient and, in fact, easy way to buy parts from websites. Therefore, it is immediately clear who is the supplier of spare parts, and comprehensive support is provided, from the selection of goods to the delivery of the order. In addition, leasing of agricultural machinery is in trend, the demand for which is increasing annually by an order of magnitude, especially taking into account state support.
Based on the information collected from the Avito website, since 2023, more than 145000 offers for the sale of spare parts for agricultural machinery in the Russian segment have been presented on this site. Of this volume, more than 110,000 ads concerned the sale of new spare parts. Since the beginning of last year, booths, platforms, bodies, attachments, as well as parts of pneumatic systems have been extremely popular goods in the Russian Federation. The director of the specialized department for the sale of spare parts at Avito.Ru emphasizes that against the backdrop of the import substitution policy, the agricultural sector is showing rapid growth and has indicated a constant need for high-quality specialists, equipment, machinery and components.
Prior to this, Rosspetsmash reported a reduction in the production of combines in Russia this year. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, during 2024, Russian agricultural enterprises reduced the volume of purchases of basic types of agricultural machinery. It is believed that this trend will remain relevant in the current year, 2025.
