it actually is. we were debating between a few locations last year, savli, waghodia, and halol highway. ended up preferring halol highway since it’s well-connected and has a lot of medium to large industries already there.
we went with a plot inside krishna industrial park which is right along the halol highway stretch. what i liked was that the land wasn’t just “for sale” it was part of a planned layout with all infra ready. no waiting on roads or basic services to come later.
if you’re seeing an industrial plot for sale in halol highway and it's inside a proper park, that’s honestly your best bet. just double-check that it's approved and not some land that’s still under legal clearance or stuck in development.
