Indian IT services firm Hexaware Technologies is facing a massive $500 million lawsuit filed by US-based Natsoft Corporation and its subsidiary Updraft. The case alleges patent infringement and breach of contract, claiming Hexaware misused confidential technologies shared during a prior collaboration. According to Natsoft, Hexaware incorporated features related to code testing, business rule extraction, code generation, and legacy modernization into its platforms, including RapidX, Amaze, and Tensai, without authorization.
