HCL TechBee is an innovative early-career initiative by HCLTech designed for Class XII graduates. It offers a paid 12-month hybrid training program in IT and digital support, combining online and classroom learning. Participants receive a monthly stipend (₹10,000) during their apprenticeship and, upon successful completion, are offered full-time roles at HCLTech. The program also enables candidates to pursue higher education in parallel, through partnerships with institutions such as BITS Pilani, SASTRA University, IIIT Kottayam, and others
